Downstairs of The Lodge Rental

Service Description

The Lodge at Doublehead offers rental of the downstairs space ONLY in 12 hour intervals. When renting just the downstairs area of The Lodge, you will have access to the downstairs dining/meeting space, adjacent Bar Room, and the back deck area overlooking the river. While renting the Lodge, you are more than welcome to bring in ANY vendors that you would like! If you need recommendations of vendors in the area, we can provide that as well. The kitchen inside The Lodge is unable to be utilized for cooking by renters. Catered food will need to be brought in warm. Renters are welcome to utilize the refrigerator, sink, and ice machine inside the kitchen. We just ask that you clean up after yourself if utilizing the kitchen area. If wanting to bring in alcohol for your event, after signing the alcohol waiver, you are welcome to do so yourself! The Lodge is located within a dry county, so we cannot serve or provide the alcohol. Wi-Fi and DirecTV are provided inside The Lodge. The tables and chairs that are inside the space are also able to be used at no additional cost. If you would prefer to bring in your own tables or chairs, you are welcome to do so. Additional costs could incur if The Lodge staff has to move its tables/chairs outside the space. Decorations will not be provided by The Lodge. Rental guests are responsible for bringing in their own decorations and for taking them down after the event. 2 firepits are located at The Lodge and guests can utilize the firepits (weather permitting), but are responsible for bringing their own firewood. Rental guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings when utilizing the fire pits. There is also a private boat launch located at The Lodge and rental guests have access to the launch while they are here. Beside the boat launch is a dock that is perfect for fishing!
